Born in Barcelona in 1979. She graduated in Law at the Universidad de Barcelona (2004). A gradute in Judicial Practice from the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica, Barcelona Bar Association. She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Eva began her professional career at the Cambra de Propietat Urbana de Barcelona, in the urban renting and horizontal property department. Afterwards, the Barcelona Bar Association granted her a scholarship at the Administration Unit of the Area of Culture of the Diputació de Barcelona, working in the field of administrative contracting.
She has been practicing law in the LEYMAR Urban Planning and Administrative Law Division since April 2005. She specialises in urban planning and urban management, urban licences and administrative contentious procedures.
She has published several articles in specialised press.
She speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.
