Ingrid was born in Barcelona in 1968. Graduated in Law (1.993) from the Universidad de Barcelona. Member of Barcelona Bar Association.
Her professional background as lawyer comes from being for more than twelve years Head of the Legal Department of two of the ten biggest supermarket and distribution companies of the country, subsidiaries of German global companies. She has managed and directed all sort of legal issues of the companies with a special focus on real estate transactions and contracts.
Since June 2008 she is responsible for the Civil Law division in LEYMAR. She specialises on complex real estate transactions and has extensive experience in negotiating and preparing all kinds of corporate contracts. She has expertise on acquisition of companies.
She has published many articles on real estate law issues.
She speaks Catalan, Spanish, German, English and Italian.
