Born in Barcelona in 1971. She graduated in Law (1994) with a post-graduate qualification in Business Sciences (1995) from the Universidad de Barcelona. Master of Business Law, Universidad Pompeu Fabra (1996). She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Lilian began her professional career with Cuatrecasas, where she spent eight years in the tax division as a member of the team specialising in real estate taxation, where she acquired wide expertise on advising real estate companies and transactions. She also worked in Lisbon in collaboration with Gonçalves Pereira, Castelo Branco e Associados. She has lectured on Urban and Real Estate Management on the MBA programme at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.
Lilian is a partner of LEYMAR and is in charge of the Tax division. She specialises in taxation with a focus on the planning of family corporate groups and real estate companies. She is responsible for the management of the firm.
She has published several articles in specialised press.
She speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
