Born in Barcelona in 1973. She was awarded her degree in Law (1997) from the Universidad de Barcelona and the Universidad de Puerto Rico. She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Núria began her professional career with Garrigues & Andersen, a practice which later became J&A Garrigues, where she worked as a member of the Corporate Restructuring group for seven years. She has also taught General and Special Commercial Law on in-house training courses for new practitioners.
She joined LEYMAR as a partner in 2003. At present she collaborates in the Commercial and Civil Law division. She has a wealth of experience in development, construction and technical contracts and advising real estate companies. She is an expert in corporate law, family companies and asset restructuring.
She is a consultant professor at the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya).
She has published several articles in specialised press.
She speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.
