Technical-legal assessment in work safety and health and safety in the workplace

 Our objective is to avoid penalisation due to non-compliance with risk prevention legislation. We provide a comprehensive assessment so as to ensure the effective incorporation of preventative obligations in the companies.

We apply our own work methodology for the legal and technical assistance required following any accident in the workplace. We follow a work protocol and a planned defence that guarantees proper representation.

 Specific actions:

•       - Technical-legal assessment regarding organisational matters and annual risk
          prevention planning.
•       - Consultancy and voluntary auditing of the organisation of risk prevention: we anticipate
          the actions of an Inspection, eliminating errors in the system that endanger the
          workers’ health or may be the cause of substantial fines.
•       - Establishment of risk prevention charts.
•       - Establishment of protocols to be followed after a work accident.
•       - Supervision and control of investigations into work accidents.
•       - Establishment of protocols for the co-ordination of activities.
•       - Resolution of consultations regarding the application of risk prevention and safety at
          work legislation.
•       - Elaboration of specific technical-legal reports.
•       - Establishment of Communications protocols and determining responsibility in risk
          prevention material in the chain of command of the company hierarchy.
•       - Technical-legal assistance due to work accidents.
•       - Management and legal assistance in criminal proceedings arising due to work accidents
          and/or due to non-compliance with risk prevention legislation.
•       - Elaboration of technical expert’s report in order to establish the exact reasons and
          circumstances of the work accident.
